Service Description

Couples Coaching 1:1 is a private, faith-based coaching journey designed for one couple at a time. In these sessions, we slow down, listen to both hearts, and invite God into the center of your relationship. Together, we work on clear, honest communication, healthy conflict resolution, rebuilding broken trust, and restoring emotional and spiritual connection. Sessions are typically 60 minutes, meeting either weekly or bi‑weekly for a focused season of growth. You’ll leave each session with practical tools, simple homework, and clear next steps to apply at home. This option is ideal for couples who want a safe, confidential space to talk through hard things, heal past hurts, and build a stronger, Christ‑centered marriage—one step at a time.
